We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not include filler sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay Range: USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: "We Offer We provide a variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage, Employee 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and much more." So Benefits section. Schedule: Not explicitly given; only location onsite, no schedule details. So we should not include Schedule. About the role: The description includes role responsibilities etc. Could have "About the role" section summarizing role description. The posting includes a paragraph about role: "The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects...". That's role description. Could put under

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Requirements: maybe combine qualifications and skills? The posting includes "Required Qualifications" bullet list. Also "Licensing/Certifications". Also "Travel Requirements". Also "ADA Requirements". Also "Physical Demands". Those could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, travel, physical demands), Benefits, Pay. Ensure we don't create sections with filler. Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Project Manager I

. Good. We must not include duplicated lines. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove Equal Opportunity Employer, Accessibility Assistance, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: include mission description? The first paragraph about CECO Environmental is about company; maybe not needed for role but it's substantive about company. Could include under About the role? Might be considered company overview. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep the company description? It's part of posting. Should we include it? It's not a section heading but could be in a

before sections. The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So we can start with a

containing company overview, then sections. We need to avoid boilerplate like "At CECO Environmental, we’re a global leader..." That's substantive about company; keep. We also need to keep "As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Compass Water Solutions plays a critical role..." etc. That's also substantive. We need to keep "The Project Manager I is responsible..." etc. We need to keep "Your Responsibilities Will Be" list. We need to keep "Required Qualifications" list. We need to keep "Licensing/Certifications" etc. We need to keep "Travel Requirements". We need to keep "ADA Requirements" and physical demands. We need to keep "We Offer" benefits. We need to keep "About Us" etc? The posting includes "About Us CECO’s Commitment to Our People" and "About Ceco". Those are also substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? They are about company. Might keep but could be considered redundant with earlier company overview. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep them unless they are clearly boilerplate like EEO. The "About Us" sections are substantive about company mission. We'll keep them as

maybe. But we must not create sections with filler. So we can just have a series of

    and

sections for major categories. Let's structure:

    Company overview paragraph(s).

    • And much more.

    Pay

    Pay Range: USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr.

We might also include a paragraph about company mission etc before sections. Let's add initial

with the first paragraphs about CECO Environmental mission and Compass Water Solutions etc. We need to avoid duplication: The "About Us" sections later may duplicate; we can omit them to avoid redundancy. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but if we omit some, we might be missing detail. However the earlier company overview already covers mission etc. The "About Us" sections are somewhat repetitive but still substantive. To be safe, we could include them as separate

paragraphs after benefits/pay? But they'd be somewhat redundant. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine company overview into a single

that captures the essence. The later "About Us" sections could be omitted as they are largely similar. However we risk losing some detail like "Learn more about CECO by visiting About Us ." That's a link; we can drop as it's navigation. The "About Ceco" paragraph: "CECO Environmental is a leading environmentally focused, diversified industrial company whose solutions protect people, the environment, and industrial equipment across the globe, serving a broad landscape of industrial air, industrial water and energy transition markets. We serve these markets and our global customers through our key business segments: Engineered Systems and Industrial Process Solutions." That's somewhat new detail about business segments. Might be worth keeping. We could add a

after benefits/pay about business segments. Let's include a

after pay: "CECO Environmental is a leading environmentally focused, diversified industrial company whose solutions protect people, the environment, and industrial equipment across the globe, serving a broad landscape of industrial air, industrial water and energy transition markets. We serve these markets and our global customers through our key business segments: Engineered Systems and Industrial Process Solutions." We should also keep the sentence about Compass Water Solutions: "As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Compass Water Solutions plays a critical role in delivering specialized water solutions that protect both people and the environment. By joining our team, you’ll contribute to our shared mission of protecting global industrial operations and shaping the future of environmental stewardship." That's also substantive. Could include in company overview paragraph. Let's craft initial

that combines: "At CECO Environmental, we’re a global leader in providing sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. Since 1966, we’ve been addressing the world’s most pressing environmental challenges. Our mission is to protect people, the environment, and industrial equipment, making a tangible impact across industries like renewable energy, semiconductor manufacturing, power generation, and water treatment. As a purpose-driven company, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and integrity, ensuring that every project we undertake creates lasting positive change. At CECO, you’ll be part of a growing, dynamic team committed to a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future. As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Compass Water Solutions plays a critical role in delivering specialized water solutions that protect both people and the environment. By joining our team, you’ll contribute to our shared mission of protecting global industrial operations and shaping the future of environmental stewardship." That covers mission etc. Then after sections we can add the business segments paragraph. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal
