Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeframes.
• Manage project teams, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of local and international engineering standards.
• Fluency in English.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
