Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeframes.
- Manage project teams, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering standards.
- Fluency in English.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
