Project Manager I

Responsibilities

• Cook and manage the end-to-end completion of robotics deployment projects and programs
• Oversee demand-supply planning and management across assigned project portfolios
• Monitor and summarize project and program progress on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and present status reports for upper management regarding project performance
• Track and report on key performance indicators, with a focus on on-time delivery at the portfolio level
• Lead and influence the work of others to ensure project milestones and goals are achieved
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support materials management and supply chain operations

Skills

• Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build and manage complex data models
• High proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling capabilities
• Experience with enterprise resource planning or supply chain management systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Solid understanding of systems and configuration management concepts
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and updates to leadership
• High degree of creativity, adaptability, and independent thinking

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a supply chain role is required
• Demand and supply materials management experience is required
• An analyst background or a focus in supply chain, operations, or a related field in higher education is preferred
• Experience in supply chain is strongly preferred and will be a top consideration during candidate review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
