Project Manager I

About the role

AIR Communities is seeking a Project Manager I to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in the Denver Tech Center, Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Manages small scale projects and assists on larger initiatives.
• Assembles project team, clarifies objectives, develops project plan, and manages plan execution with support from senior team members.
• Pursues initiatives in AI technology, aimed at pushing the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems.
• Manages projects with budgets between $10K - $75K consisting of 3-5 project resources.
• Familiar with scope management, requirements gathering, project tracking, and meeting facilitation.
• Reports project status and updates to key stakeholders.
• Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
• Oversees ongoing contract services and break fix functions for critical systems categories as assigned.
• Successfully prepares scopes, estimates, budgets and project schedules with the help and guidance of their manager.
• Effectively prepares, updates and communicates the project plan with the project team during pre-project and ongoing status reviews.
• Raise issues to management timely to avoid or minimize the impact of Scope creep, timeline extensions and budget overages.
• Reporting to their manager through weekly status reports to accurately portray the progress and status of their projects.
• Ability to travel in support of project management duties (minimal).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of related experience in marketing project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.
• Ability to travel as necessary to review project progress and perform site visits.

Pay

Expected base salary of $79,000- $84,000.

Schedule

Full-time, in-office 5 days a week.
