About the role
AIR Communities is seeking a Project Manager I to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in the Denver Tech Center, Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Manages small scale projects and assists on larger initiatives.
- Assembles project team, clarifies objectives, develops project plan, and manages plan execution with support from senior team members.
- Pursues initiatives in AI technology, aimed at pushing the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems.
- Manages projects with budgets between $10K - $75K consisting of 3-5 project resources.
- Familiar with scope management, requirements gathering, project tracking, and meeting facilitation.
- Reports project status and updates to key stakeholders.
- Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Oversees ongoing contract services and break fix functions for critical systems categories as assigned.
- Successfully prepares scopes, estimates, budgets and project schedules with the help and guidance of their manager.
- Effectively prepares, updates and communicates the project plan with the project team during pre-project and ongoing status reviews.
- Raise issues to management timely to avoid or minimize the impact of Scope creep, timeline extensions and budget overages.
- Reporting to their manager through weekly status reports to accurately portray the progress and status of their projects.
- Ability to travel in support of project management duties (minimal).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of related experience in marketing project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.
- Ability to travel as necessary to review project progress and perform site visits.

Expected base salary of $79,000- $84,000.
