Project Manager I and II - Power Delivery

Summary

Mortenson is seeking a Project Manager I and II within their Power Delivery Solutions group to manage projects, develop financial projections, and mentor teams. Positions offer opportunities at both levels, with compensation based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

- Manage project financial health, including subcontracts and suppliers - Develop and maintain project financial projections and allocate estimates - Determine cost codes, approve invoices, and provide financial reports - Create monthly owner billings and handle contract management - Oversee budget for trade partners and suppliers - Lead and manage assistant project managers and engineers - Approve timecards and provide feedback on work performance - Serve as the main point of contact with owners and on-site representatives - Execute and manage change orders, obtaining customer approval

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience - Current driver’s license - Ability to travel up to 100% - Proven ability to manage complex projects - Detail-oriented to organize and manage multiple tasks - Basic understanding of construction law and business practices - Intermediate Microsoft Office and relevant software skills - Ability to interpret and communicate company policies - Excellent listening and communication skills, including open-mindedness to diverse inputs

Project Manager 1

- Minimum qualifications: Six years of construction management or related experience - Base pay range: $113,500 - $170,300

Project Manager 2

- Minimum qualifications: Seven years of construction management or related experience with large projects ($20M+) - Base pay range: $132,100 - $198,200
