Project Manager - HVAC Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination efforts, including contract review, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor and track project milestones, maintain proper documentation, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
• Resource and Subcontractor Management:
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure timely, quality execution of tasks.
