Project Manager - HV Construction
About the role
EPC Services Company is seeking a full-time Project Manager for their team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong project management skills and experience in high/medium-voltage power delivery projects.
Responsibilities
- Proactive and effective management of construction projects
- Program management for large clients
- EPC project schedule management
- Scope definition and change management
- Structured project communications management
- Project financial controls
- Bidding/proposal responses
- Procurement/purchasing
- Safety management
- Direction of field construction
- General administration
- Training/mentoring of assistant project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management with 5+ years' project management experience with complex projects over $5MM
- Prior experience in electrical design of substations / switchyards is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software is a plus
Qualifications
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status)
- Subject to client-mandated drug and background checking

Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
Schedule
Full-time position with occasional travel required for monitoring and controlling construction projects.
