Project Manager, High Voltage Services
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, High Voltage Services to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own customer projects from sales handoff through payment confirmation, ensuring each engagement is accurately scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered on schedule. The position will partner closely with sales, field teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to verify requirements, manage documentation, and keep project execution moving smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading complex high-voltage field projects and commissioning efforts, with a strong focus on customer communication, operational follow-through, and installation success.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own customer projects from sales handoff to payment confirmation
- Verify order details and project requirements with the sales team
- Maintain documentation in SAP and FSM for service orders
- Coordinate project handoffs and engage cross-functional teams
- Confirm schedules and material deliveries for projects
- Communicate project updates and address customer inquiries
- Plan and manage large gas insulated substation installations
- Utilize AI tools for project management and progress monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical project management
- Knowledge of high-voltage products and their applications
- Experience with large GIS substation projects and commissioning
- Proven ability to manage complex field installations and coordinate multiple resources

Pay
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
