Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving strategies when necessary.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of high-rise construction processes and industry best practices.
  • Experience in high-rise construction ground up projects. Can be multifamily, hospitality, or office. Mixed-use as well.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction.
  • Experience in leading large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
