Project Manager, Heavy Civil - Michels Construction, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects up to $10M.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management, scheduling, estimating, and project controls.
• Experience using scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• PE certification (desired).
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software (desired).
• Travel required; position requires extended travel.
