Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

About the role

SRE Engineering, D.P.C., a certified M/WBE and DBE engineering and construction management firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support construction management services for NYC Health + Hospitals capital projects. This is a full-time position serving one of the largest municipal healthcare systems in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day CM operations across pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases
  • Serve as owner's representative; manage vendors, design consultants, and agency stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, and monthly progress reports
  • Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay requisitions in compliance with NYC H+H procedures
  • Ensure M/WBE utilization compliance and maintain documentation for monthly reporting
  • Cookordinate with NYC Health + Hospitals Office of Facilities Development (OFD)

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of construction management experience; healthcare or institutional facility experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing public sector clients (NYC agency experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Procore, Kahua, or similar construction management software
  • P.E., CCM, PMP, or equivalent licensure preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NYC prevailing wage, M/WBE compliance, and public procurement

Compensation

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
