The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensure financial performance, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with field leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financials and ensure profitability goals are met.
• Support field operations to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong project financial management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay & benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
