Requirements
- 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, and general commercial projects
- Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
- Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules
- Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc.
- Professional communication and attitude
