Project Manager - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems to assess and address operational needs.
• Oversee policies, procedures, budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing activities.
• Use data and metrics to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Maintain systems for monitoring and reporting departmental data.
• Prepare analytical reports to identify patterns and areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with leadership on program development and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders for operational insights.
• Lead project planning, metric development, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups and administrative initiatives.
• Provide leadership to ensure effective daily operations.
• Recruit, manage, and assess operations staff to promote a high-performance environment.
• Define and assess department operations using performance metrics and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proficiency in project management, process improvement, budgeting, and staff development.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and change management abilities.
