About the role

The Project Management team at Precision AQ is central to agency operations, connecting people, processes, and priorities to keep work moving forward. We are strategic problem solvers and trusted partners who collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

You will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. You will play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Pay

Precision AQ is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off.
