Project Manager (Guidewire) - REMOTE

About the role

Lead the organizations core insurance technology platforms managing a larger team of direct reports and an extended organization. Responsible for operational excellence of the Mainframe environment (preferable) while driving the strategic transformation to the Guidewire platform. This role combines people leadership, delivery, governance, modernization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop larger team and oversee an organization
• Own Mainframe platform stability, performance, security, capacity planning and lifecycle management
• Define and execute the roadmap from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
• Manage large‑scale application delivery, budgets, vendors and offshore teams
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with business objectives
• Drive modernization, automation, operational efficiencies and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong experience
