Project Manager - Government Public Service & Federal Expert Services

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for the company platform implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Serve as the gatekeeper for statements of work and manage scope and change control processes
• Define, track, and deliver critical project milestones to achieve customer time to value
• Support communication and operational updates for customer success managers
• Report on federal compliance and security initiative statuses relevant to the company’s services
• Monitor project risks related to federal regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Lead coordination between cross-functional teams, delivering clear executive status reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on professional services
• 3-5 years working directly within the U.S. Federal Government or Department of Defense ecosystems
• Experience in managing Identity Management solutions (IAM, IGA, etc.) and familiar with Zero Trust methodologies
• Certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP strongly preferred; security clearance required

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
