Project Manager - Global Projects (contract)

Hilton Supply Management (HSM) Digital Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to join its growing Digital Solutions organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting a dynamic portfolio of digital and transformation initiatives, helping the team evolve toward a more agile, collaborative, and outcome-focused way of working.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple digital and transformation initiatives, ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and on track
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Identify potential risks, interdependencies, assumptions, roadblocks, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately
• Support communication updates, steering committees, and cross-functional decision forums to drive alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of issues
• Partner across business, product, technology, data, analytics, vendors, and system integrators to align scope, sequencing, priorities, timelines, delivery expectations, and delivery activities
• Create and maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready program documentation to ensure transparency
• Contribute to PMO maturity, delivery standards, governance consistency, and continuous improvement across the Digital Solutions organization

Skills

• Extensive experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong proficiency in Agile governance, portfolio reporting, dependency management, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, or initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to influence and align business and technical stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud initiatives is a plus
• Background in Business Analysis, with an ability to understand business needs, improve processes, and connect people, technology, and business outcomes is a strong plus
• Experience working with third-party vendors, global system integrators, or hybrid delivery models is preferred

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in digital or technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading delivery across the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification is preferred

Pay

Pay Rate Range: $53 - $64 USD hourly
