Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for new entity employment readiness
- Lead communications and change management for entity lifecycle events
- Manage entity-related workstreams in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations
- Act as the primary coordination point across People functions and cross-functional teams
- Partner with stakeholders to manage implications of entity lifecycle events and resolve blockers
- Build and enhance scalable infrastructure for entity management and readiness
- Serve as the liaison across functional owners, identifying systemic risks and program gaps
Qualifications
- 7+ years of program/operations management experience, with 3 years in cross-functional programs
- Experience in Total Rewards, Mergers & Acquisitions, or People transformation programs at a global company
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional problems and create structured programs
- Excellent written communication skills tailored for executives and operational teams alike
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior partners in various functions
- Proficiency with data systems, including Workday and equity platforms; able to define system requirements
- User-focused mindset prioritizing the employee experience in program execution

Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
