Project Manager - (Functional Area)
Manage the capital equipment replacement process ranging from $1,000–$20M budget.
About the role
Take the lead on impactful capital initiatives where you’ll oversee project execution from planning to completion. This flexible, project-based opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in managing contractors, timelines, and budgets while delivering high-quality results that align with client and company standards. The role is an individual-contributor position focused on completing specific tasks and projects, contributing directly through skills and expertise. Work is primarily achieved independently, but may collaborate with a team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate capital projects from inception to completion
- Establish detailed work plans, manage contractor relationships, and ensure timely execution
- Use industry-standard tracking tools to monitor progress and manage project performance
- Keep stakeholders aligned with consistent, detailed updates and recommendations
- Deliver projects that meet operational and financial goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of management experience
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience in capital project planning and execution
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and status reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skills
- Technical or managerial background with a track record of delivering high-quality results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive collaboration across teams

Pay
Pay range: $74,290 – $96,140 per year. Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on experience, skills, education, and training.
