About the role
The Project Manager - Fire Protection is responsible for overseeing fire protection projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
- Experience with project management software
