Project ManagerSouthwest Boston, MA | On-site We're partnering with a long-established technology business operating in a highly secure, regulated industry that is continuing to modernize its technology and how it delivers complex customer projects. They're looking for a Project Manager to join the Boston team and lead customer onboarding, implementation and business change projects. The roleThis is a client-facing delivery role where you'll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, working closely with customers and internal teams to keep everything moving. You'll be:Leading customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to finishBuilding and managing project plans, timelines, milestones and dependenciesCoordinating delivery across Engineering, Product, Operations and business teamsActing as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleManaging risks, issues and changing priorities to keep delivery on trackRunning project meetings and providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting wider business transformation and process improvement initiativesManaging multiple projects at different stages at the same time The Right Person:3+ years of project management experienceExperience leading customer onboarding or implementation projects within financial services, payments or fintechExperience coordinating delivery across technical and operational teams, including Engineering, Product and business stakeholdersStrong client-facing communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable using project management software and toolsPMP certification preferred Applicants must already be authorized to work in the US.
