Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in multiple field locations
• Manage team performance and ensure project milestones are met

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or field leadership
• Proven ability to manage teams and projects in diverse environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software such as Jira or Asana
• Ability to travel up to 50%
