Project Manager - Field

About the role

At Assured Glass Services, you’ll put your experience in commercial glass to work leading projects in the field. This position is available at two levels: for those with existing experience in large commercial glass projects and for lead glaziers looking to transition into project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field installation, measurements, and quality control for assigned commercial glass projects
• Manage field work against project schedules, milestones, and labor budgets
• Cook up coordination with general contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Lead job-site safety and ensure required procedures are followed
• Attend project meetings and serve as Assured Glass Services' primary field point of contact
• Identify field changes and conflicts early, communicating potential cost or schedule impacts while ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• Commercial glass experience required:
• For experienced project leaders: 5-10 years of commercial glass experience, including experience running large glass projects
• For developing project managers: 1-3+ years of commercial glass experience combined with a stronger overall construction background

Qualifications

• Prior management experience and confidence leading people
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Glazier Software, Procore, or Autodesk is a plus; training is available
• English fluency
