Project Manager (Façade Engineering)
About the role
DTech Corporation Limited is seeking a highly experienced and technically capable Project Manager – Façade Engineering & Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing façade projects from system design and structural analysis through procurement, fabrication, installation, quality control, and final handover.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Engineers in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing multiple façade projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, budgets, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular project meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.
- Prepare progress reports, technical submissions, method statements, meeting minutes, variation documents, and project handover records.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical challenges, and resource shortages and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, according to specification, and within the approved timeframe.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc. Engg.)
