Project Manager - EVSE

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent EVSE installation projects across commercial, fleet, multifamily, and municipal site types, with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and driving projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Lead on-site execution for critical milestones including inspections, commissioning, and closeout, resolving scope changes, logistics challenges, and site-specific constraints as they arise.
- Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs), partnering with the Procurement team on vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and material staging.
- Cook with internal teams on utility incentive and rebate program requirements, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-installation site verification and compliance walkthroughs with utility representatives and program partners to confirm project performance and support incentive qualification.
- Deliver complete closeout packages including photo documentation, as-built records, and commissioning results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; two to seven years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or similar construction/trade project experience strongly preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Valid, insurable Driver's License required.

Pay
This position has a hiring range of $92,000 - $135,000. Final offer will be determined based on role level, experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is based in-person in our Chandler, AZ office. Regular travel (30-50%) to support critical milestones, site conditions, and field execution needs is required.
