About the role

Are you a structured project manager with a passion for driving high-visibility brand experiences and enterprise user conferences? A global cloud software leader is seeking a consultative Project Manager to join its Creative Experience & Events Program. In this high-impact opportunity, you will partner with senior program leaders and creative teams to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the seamless execution of major global events.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex operational workstreams and comprehensive workback schedules to ensure total cross-functional alignment and timely delivery across major user conferences and brand activations.
• Facilitate strategic stakeholder alignment meetings and capture actionable takeaways to maintain project momentum and streamline risk mitigation.
• Coordinate end-to-end workflows across creative, strategy, and event production partners to optimize digital asset reviews and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate project health indicators and deliver high-level status updates to senior program leadership to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of structured project management experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, or creative agency environments.
• Hands-on expertise with modern project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike, alongside standard collaboration suites.
• Proven track record supporting end-to-end operational execution for large-scale marketing events, user conferences, or enterprise kickoffs.
• Exceptional communication agility and collaborative problem-solving skills, with creative operations background or project management certifications viewed as a plus.

Pay

Compensation range: $65 - 70 per hour. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
