Project Manager - EPC projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) to join our team and take responsibility for managing projects delivered by PHOTOMATE as an EPC contractor. Your goal will be to ensure smooth project execution from contract handover through to customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete project management from contract signature through to customer handover.
• Coordination of individual project implementation phases.
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversight of schedule adherence and project milestones.
• Collaboration with sales, technical, and service departments.
• Ensuring project handover, invoicing, and the start of the warranty period.
• Administration related to project implementation.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the Czech language at native speaker level.
• English at least at B2 level (spoken and written).
• Independence, organizational skills, and a responsible approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset.
