About the role

The Project Manager, Enterprise Initiatives supports and leads cross-functional projects that advance organizational goals, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. This role partners with business leaders and project teams to coordinate activities, manage timelines, track risks, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a passion for driving projects forward and improving business processes. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and status reports.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate key updates, risks, and decisions.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets.
• Identify risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Support operational improvement and change management efforts.
• Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and best practices.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of project management, project coordination, operations, business improvement, or healthcare-related experience. Experience supporting cross-functional projects preferred. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Travel: Less than 10% travel for occasional onsite meetings, leadership planning sessions, training, and project-related activities.

Qualifications

• Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
