We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but we already have "About The Role" heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We have content: "About The Role" paragraph describing role. Then "What You'll Do" with subsections: Project Leadership & Delivery, Customer & Stakeholder Management, Risk Management & Problem Resolution, Operational Excellence. Those could be considered responsibilities. Then "Required Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Success in This Role" maybe as a summary. Then "Stay up to date..." etc is boilerplate (social media). Then "Blackbaud powers social impact..." etc is boilerplate (mission). Then EEO boilerplate. Then pay: "The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00." Then benefits list. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role (maybe we can treat the initial paragraph as About the role). Responsibilities (the "What You'll Do" content). Qualifications (maybe combine Required and Preferred? Could separate but we can have Qualifications section with required and preferred as sublists? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications heading and list required and preferred inside. Could also have Skills but not needed. Benefits heading. Pay heading. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay and benefits. We need to remove boilerplate: social media stay up to date, mission statement, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: About The Role paragraph: "As a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations, you will lead complex, customer-facing SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes. You will manage high-impact implementation projects that require exceptional communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive accountability across multiple teams, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within scope. As part of a cross-functional delivery organization, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences and measurable customer value." That's about the role. headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We should not repeat job title as heading. The "About The Role" can be a heading

    About the Role

then paragraph. Responsibilities: we could have

    Responsibilities

then maybe subheadings? But instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid additional headings, but we should follow that. Could we have

    Responsibilities

    then maybe
    • for each bullet? But we have subcategories. Could we keep subcategories as or just include them in list items? Probably better to keep them as list items with the subcategory bolded inside. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can embed the subheading as part of the list item text. Simplify: Under Responsibilities, we can have a
with each bullet as a list item, preserving the subcategory headings as part of the text. Similarly for Qualifications: we can have

        Qualifications

then maybe two sublists: Required and Preferred. Could we have

        Required Qualifications

? Not allowed? Only h3 headings specified but we could still use inside list items. Safer: Use

        Qualifications

        then

        Required:

        then
          ... then

          Preferred:

          then
... But we need to avoid creating extra headings not needed. Using

for prose is fine. Success in This Role could be a paragraph under Qualifications or separate section? Could be a

            Success in the Role

but not in the list of example headings; but we could still use

if we want. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. Success in This Role could be considered part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "What it takes to succeed". But we can include it as a paragraph under Qualifications. Pay:

            Pay

            then

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.

            Benefits:

            Benefits

            then
            • ... each benefit. We must not include schedule section because not present. We must not include Requirements heading separate from Qualifications; we can combine. We must not include Skills heading separate. Now produce HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed social media, mission, EEO. Check for duplicated lines: none. Now produce final HTML. Let's craft:
