Project Manager - Electrical Systems & Controls

About the role

Located in Tulsa, OK, join a growing electrical products and services organization seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical equipment, controls, and e-House projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for driving project success while ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and budget performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead project planning, risk management, scheduling, and change orders
• Monitor project performance and provide stakeholder updates
• Oversee project closeout, financial reconciliation, documentation, and training support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer relationships
• Understanding of project finance, risk management, and project controls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and project management software
• Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, switchgear, HVAC controls, or systems integration preferred
• Experience with electrical enclosure integration, manufacturing, or industrial projects is a plus
• Understanding of supply chain, production workflows, and operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a related field
• PMP certification is a plus
