How You’ll Contribute

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A Project Manager’s role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders.

This position is a virtual position within the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate daily with project stakeholders
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Manage project deliverables from/for other departments
• Oversee project completion to client expectation or better
• Develop and manage relationships with clients
• Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders

Physical Demands

• Exposure to construction site conditions on a regular basis
• Exposure to hospital and medical facilities
• Exposure to office conditions

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
• Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM
• Lenel Certification knowledge
• Genetec Certification knowledge
• Avigilon Certification knowledge

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades, AV or digital signage
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated pleasant professional demeanor
• A solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence
