Project Manager – Digital Creative

About the Role

The Fountain Group is hiring a Project Manager - Digital Creative for a prominent client. We are seeking an experienced project manager with a background in digital creative projects, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, integrated digital creative projects from concept through delivery.
• Provide project management leadership, oversight, and support across all project deliverables.
• Drive best practices while ensuring project processes and controls are followed.
• Facilitate digital creative requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Participate in creative team capacity planning and resource management.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks throughout project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key business partners.
• Partner with Account Directors and Account Managers to conduct portfolio business reviews.
• Collaborate on digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies, and action plans.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years working with cross-functional team members.
• Some client-facing experience.
• Experience leading digital creative projects within an advertising agency (external or in-house).
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Workfront.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using project management software (Workfront preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital creative processes and workflows.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations.
• Strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$48.90-$58.90/hr

Schedule

Duration: 1 year, with possible extensions
