Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery framework for network releases to ensure mandates are well-managed and partners are supported.
- Release activities include:
- Collaborate with documentation teams and client account managers to ensure the timely distribution of network release requirements and technical specifications to network participants.
- Provide guidance to relationship managers and implementation managers for their deep-dive sessions with issuers, acquirers, and processors regarding mandated and optional release components.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Test organizations to ensure network infrastructure and testing environments are ready for client setup and certification efforts.
- Support relationship managers and implementation managers in tracking issuer readiness and mitigating adoption risks during implementation.
- Liaise with relationship managers and implementation managers to provide post-production monitoring and ensure stable transaction processing for clients following a release.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for network releases within the Operations organization, managing information flow between internal product teams and client account managers.
- Work closely with internal tech and product partners to plan and monitor milestones critical to ensuring successful execution.
- Navigate internal network product and engineering organizations to advocate for partner needs and resolve technical release issues.
- Provide transparency and reporting to network leadership on the status of release adoption and overall network health.
- Identify systemic trends in release failures or processing errors and partner with internal teams to improve network specifications.
- Support client account managers by providing technical and operational expertise to strengthen relationships with major issuers, acquirers, and processors.
- Travel as required to gain a deep understanding of core operational processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project and Relationship management
- At least 2 years of experience in People Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
- Led or participated in Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
- At least 7 years of combined in Process, Project or Relationship management
- At least 5 years of experience in People management
