Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction (data center) projects from inception to completion
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager for data center projects
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
