Job Summary

At E Tech Group, we are a leading engineering and system integration firm serving clients in various industries. Our expertise spans IT automation and control solutions for Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, Warehousing & Distribution, and CPG/Food & Beverage sectors. We offer scalable solutions across multiple sites and have a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from $50K to $3.0M+. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects involving high-value materials and multiple resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal development, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates, and project management methodologies.
  • Manage client communication and ensure effective collaboration between the client, project team, Business Development, and management.
  • Develop and communicate a clear understanding of client project goals and align the team to these objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project cost budgets and reports; manage estimated cost at completion, earned value, and contingency.
  • Drive project scope, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
  • Lead the project team in achieving milestones on schedule and under budget.
  • Communicate project progress to the team and client, and advocate for the project team.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, mobilizing necessary resources.
  • Present regular project activity and financial updates to large audiences.
  • Participate in the implementation of new project management tools and become proficient in E Tech Group's Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) stages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
  • Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
  • Ability to implement PMI-based standards and serve as a mentor to other associates.
  • Proven project leadership on challenging projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project.
  • Experience with industrial controls projects.
  • Experience with project budget/fiscal accountability.

  • Local to Eagle Mountain, UT area.
  • Willingness to report on-site.
