Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the planning, installation, and commissioning of all low voltage systems (structured cabling, BMS, security, networking) for data center construction projects.
  • Coordination with developers who manage general contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
  • Regular site visits and technical audits to monitor installation quality, progress, and integration with other building systems.
  • Drive the schedule and delivery of low voltage workstreams, tracking key milestones, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Review and validate low voltage budgets, invoices, and change orders in partnership with the developer and project controls teams.
  • Facilitation of strong communication and reporting across internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enable decision making.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant codes, security requirements, and company policies for all low voltage work.
  • Leadership of commissioning and turnover processes to ensure all systems are operational and fully documented.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, capturing lessons learned and driving best practices.
  • Mentoring and guiding internal team members working on low voltage scopes, ensuring technical growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Hiring Range in USD: $102,300 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
