About the Role The role involves constant coordination and communication with Client Project Managers, ensuring effective change management, and overseeing the procurement of equipment and materials. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and management of materials and tools for our Data Center projects located in Indiana. Responsibilities Constant coordination and communication with Client Project ManagersChange Management – ensures any changes to the contract are identified, tracked, and communicated back to the client Project ManagersReporting daily, weekly, and monthly on construction progressProcurement of equipment and materials as neededWork collaboratively with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered as neededMaterial tracking and managementTool and equipment tracking and managementEnsures projects are efficiently, effectively, and safely implemented in accordance with AMPP Construction’s guidelines, client contracts and policies, and local/federal regulationsAssists with preparation and review of proposalsSchedule development and trackingVerifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocations, assesses field status, and resolves issues as neededReviews budget, schedule, quality, risk trackers, and contingency allocationsInterfaces with clients acting as a representative of AMPP ConstructionSupervises activities and/or coordinates activities or groups, such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget management, schedulingPerforms other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field is required Required Skills Ability to travel to project sites as neededCommunication skills – to the project manager, clients, and third partiesOrganization and multi-tasking between multiple active projectsCoordination/LogisticsComputer skills including MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPointSchedule and Planning UnderstandingProblem solving skillsDriver’s License – ability to drive throughout the USAbility to fly throughout the continental US as neededExcellent organization and time management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrity Preferred Skills Knowledge of typical construction means and methods preferredKnowledge of Construction/Project Management means and methods preferred
