About the role
Top National General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to join their growing team. Positions available in San Antonio, TX; Boyce, LA; Castroville, TX; Meridian, MS; and Philadelphia, MS.
Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 per year

Requirements
- 10+ years of field leadership experience on large‑scale commercial or industrial construction projects
- 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission‑critical projects
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360)
- OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required
