Project Manager - Data Analytics Lead

About the role

Aptive/Artemis seeks a Data Analytics Lead responsible for leading data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation activities in support of large-scale federal transition assistance programs serving transitioning Service members, Veterans, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and implementation of performance analysis frameworks
• Conducts program evaluations and identifies trends, gaps, and emerging issues impacting transition assistance services
• Collaborates with program managers and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting
• Supports strategic action planning by delivering analytics that measure program outcomes, operational performance, customer engagement, and service effectiveness

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 within the federal government
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation
• Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables
• Comfortable with supporting complex client relationships
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

Benefits

This is a contingent hire position. This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings will be required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
