Responsibilities

The Project Manager is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project’s organization, implementation, and completion to the satisfaction of the client.

• Develop strong working relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, and employees.
• Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, including the preparation of reports and budget management.
• Apply knowledge of financial terms, principles, and contracts.
• Master all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Master Microsoft Project and understand the implications of changes.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• A four-year degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent work experience, or a combination of work and education).
• Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Good understanding of contracts.
