Project Manager - Cosmetic Product Development

About the role

Opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly growing and successful brand within the cosmetic & beauty industry, to drive new product development projects from concept through commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and other functions.
• Drive projects related to new product development, cost savings, tech transfers, artwork changes, and operational improvements.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects across R&D, manufacturing, plant logistics, supply chain, marketing, commercial, etc.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Schedule

Hybrid role based in New York City. On‑site 3+ days per week, with additional on‑site presence as needed.
