Minnaro Architectural Studio believes that well-designed spaces can unite people and better humanity. We are seeking a skilled architect with a passion for producing high-end results through collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets, etc.)
• Develop details, specifications, and construction documents
• Work on active construction sites across a multitude of project types
• Apply knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 and 9)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school, allowing for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience working on projects in Ontario
• First-hand experience in preparing details, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong working knowledge of current versions of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (mandatory)
• Prior experience working on active construction sites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design
• LEED BD+C Accreditation
