Possesses strong construction knowledge, plan reading abilities, and foundation for executing project controls. Safety - is competent and knowledgeable of all major construction hazards through past training and experience. Has the ability to effectively identify hazardous conditions and unsafe acts or practices. Can implement effective solutions to remedy construction hazards and lead a strong culture of safety on a jobsite. Education / Experience Required A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Engineer or Manager. Experience should be in Commercial Construction, preferably in Health Care (OSHPD), Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office ImprovementsBachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PM Software (Procore), and scheduling software (Microsoft Project).Interpersonal Skills - ability to engage with clients, internal team members, and trade contractors in a constructive, productive way to overcome obstacles and achieve results Benefits / Location: 401K, Dental, Medical, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Mentorship San Diego, CAFull-Time / Onsite We exist to improve the construction project environment by inspiring people to build together.
