Project Manager / Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact
  • Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications
  • Oversee Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Program Analysts
  • Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement
  • Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program
  • Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal program management, Job Corps, WIOA, DOL or public health experience
