Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact
- Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications
- Oversee Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Program Analysts
- Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement
- Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program
- Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal program management, Job Corps, WIOA, DOL or public health experience
