Project Manager - Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee scoring committees, including provisioning systems access to members, scheduling & facilitating meetings, and maintaining contact lists.
• Route contracts and track progress until contracts are signed.
• Facilitate client staff in leveraging various contractor pools for their needs, which involves sending out bids to the firms, evaluating proposals, and entering Task Work Orders with the awarded firms.
• Assist with routine and complex Assignment Agreements.
• Provide support for setting up various processes and administrative functions, such as solicitation set up and processing insurance requests.
• Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Contract Management team.

• Experience working in contracting/financial database systems.
