About the role

You will oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across all modalities (i.e., MR, CT, X-Ray) within Siemens Healthineers, including Radiographic, Fluoroscopy, Cardiology, Angiography, Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, and PET Systems.

You will foster and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, driving revenue by collaborating with customer stakeholders to develop project pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, coordinating with stakeholders (facilities, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers), resolving construction issues, and managing delivery and installation activities according to a mutually established schedule.

You will manage multiple projects supporting ground-up new hospital or research facilities, visit project sites to secure measurements, produce cost estimates, review quotes, and assess key project success factors such as electrical and construction requirements with customers. Additionally, you will communicate project information, status updates, schedule changes, and scope adjustments to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineers, contractors, administration, and Siemens Sales and Service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules with customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction progress and coordinate with stakeholders (facilities, architects, engineers).
  • Resolve and coordinate construction issues.
  • Manage delivery and installation activities according to customer-approved schedules.
  • Handle multiple projects for ground-up new hospital or research facilities.
  • Visit project sites to secure measurements, produce cost estimates, and review quotes.
  • Assess electrical and construction requirements with customers.
  • Communicate project status, updates, schedule, and scope changes to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3–10+ years of complex project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with construction in healthcare environments preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
  • CAD knowledge preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Candidates must be based in the St. Louis, MO area and willing to travel as needed.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state of residence with no prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or other serious moving violations (unless restricted by state/local law).
  • Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements for client site access, which may include:
    • Proof of valid identification (photo, driver’s license, SSN).
    • Criminal background checks.
    • Drug screens.
    • Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus).
    • Annual TB testing.
    • Healthcare training.

A company vehicle is provided and may be used for personal use. This role is governed by the Fleet Safety Policy.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $89,220 – $122,672. Factors affecting starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission-eligible position, commissions will be based on individual and/or company performance in accordance with the Company’s plan.
