Project Manager - Construction Site Readiness - FIELD/TRAVEL

Responsibilities
- Work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to plan and coordinate site readiness for delivery, implementation, and integration of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems.
- Works on projects of diverse scope and significant dependencies, often with complex and/or multisite and multiple products in scope.
- Covers equipment delivery and resource scheduling.
- Makes regular reports on progress and milestones to all stakeholders.
- Manages multiple projects concurrently.
- Routinely participates in on-site visits and/or conference calls.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks.
- Provides agendas, minutes, and reports indicating installation activities, including tight control of timelines and installation forecast.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management or equivalent professional experience in construction project management.
- General knowledge and familiarity with construction drawings and regulatory requirements.
- Experience presenting complex ideas and schedules to external customers at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent conflict management skills required, able to manage escalations.
- Structured working methodology.
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Willing to learn and grow with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, critical thinking, and a strong appetite for project execution.
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the installation and deployment of equipment in a healthcare environment.
- Construction management in a healthcare environment and government radiation regulations.
- PMP certification.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Experienced interaction with various professionals including Healthcare Providers, Hospital C Level executives and construction contractors.
- Medical devices experience.
- Experience in field customer service, construction management or engineering.
- Ability to travel 75-80%.
Skills

Pay
The Base Pay For This Position Is $89,220 - $122,672. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
