Project Manager-Construction Services-Somersworth, NH

About the role

S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Project Manager based in Somersworth, New Hampshire. This role covers projects across the Seacoast region, including Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester, and surrounding communities in New Hampshire and southern Maine.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of project management including budgeting, project billing, proposals, scopes, schedules, and contract review
• Oversee laboratory and field reports to ensure accuracy and quality
• Manage a team of Construction Services Technicians by providing mentorship, facilitating and leading training, and conducting consistent performance reviews
• Communicate regularly with current clients, maintain positive relationships, look for business development opportunities, and seek to connect with new clients

Requirements

• Prior experience with and valid certifications in Construction Materials Testing and/or Special Inspections
• Experience managing a team of employees
• Advanced industry-related math skills
• Proficiency in project management software
