Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Administer contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Manage subcontractor performance, safety, and quality expectations.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.
- Experience managing renovation, tenant improvement, facilities, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in occupied facilities or active operational environments is highly preferred.

- Facilities modernization and capital improvement projects.
- Corporate, institutional, government, healthcare, or higher education environments.
- Client-facing project management responsibilities.
